From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'BlueHearth' was born out of a pure dream: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi clan in 1985, our little pizzeria began its journey as a quaint establishment driven by family traditions passed down for generations.
During her sojourns across Italy, Marco Rossi, our trailblazer, acquired the pizza-making craft from famed pizza masters in Naples, where pizza found its origin. After returning to the UK, she resolved to deliver the magic of authentic Italian pizza, following age-old techniques and selecting only premium components.
From its origin as a modest pizzeria with just 12 seats, our spot has blossomed into a cherished, community favorite. Nevertheless, we've remained true to the excellence and genuine experience we are known for. Our time-honored wood-fire ovens are still ablaze, our dough is crafted afresh each day, and we forever seek out the most exquisite ingredients available.
Today, 'BlueHearth' continues to be a family treasure, managed by the Rossi family's second generation. Even as modern touches have been adopted, our core ethos remains unchanged: to forge delectable, true-to-its-roots pizza that gathers people together.
